Laomi is a former colleague of mine, and friend, whose portrait I painted for her thirtieth birthday. Laomi is one of those rare individuals who has a very symmetrical photogenic face and a sun-shiny disposition.

This painting was a real joy to create and the overall effect achieved relays her happiness in the moment the photo was taken.
